Hand Models are nuts.

Especially this one who basically tells Katie Couric that her hands are ugly and stupid.

Telephone

I have never in my wildest dreams imagined a video quite like this one. Lady Gaga & Beyonce's Telephone. The strangest, wildest, most far-out nine minutes and 33 seconds of my day. Nay, my life.

Butch lesbians. Prison. Yellow hair. Dancing, cooking gays. Wonder Woman. "Let's Make A Sandwich." Costumes. Pussy Wagon. Diners. Hair shaped like a phone. Jai Rodriguez. Choreography.

Please check it out in HD, it's totally worth the wait for it to load.

"We did this for the show..."

As the calendar year draws to a close, I'm beginning to think about what happened to me in the past year. Also, I'm working on an entry covering the 10 most influential things that happened to me over the past 10 years... Any thoughts?

Anyhow, some GENIUS auto-tuned a hilarious musical number highlighting some of the biggest stories of 2009. It's pretty funny. Obviously there are some oversights (Michael Jackson, the recession, the gay marriage debate, Twilight, Adam Lambert, etc.), but it's a very clever idea done quite well.

Check it out!

Halloween Costumes for Gay Kids

I bet my parents wish The Onion had done this investigative journalism when I was a kid! Check out this in-depth look at how to hide your effeminate son's prance, lisp, and girlish looks with a simple and effective Halloween costume!

Pretty hilarious.

Trashy Tyra

Tyra Banks never ceases to amaze me... Coming soon: the first LIVE television colonic.

Perez asks, and I'm forced to also ask:

Is this really necessary?

Sick.

Famous People Are Crazy, Pt. 2

You know who might be crazier than Serena Williams? Kanye. Last night at the MTV VMA's, the adorable Taylor Swift upset some heavy hitters to win Best Female Video. Just as she was begining to give what should have been a super cute speech, crazy Kanye jumped on stage, grabbed the mic, and stole Taylor's spotlight.

Taylor's reaction is so sad; she didn't know what to do or say, so she just stood there and watched Kanye be a jerk. That's rude, Kanye, and totally expected from someone with as little class as you have.

I don't know where to begin...

Well, before I begin, I would like to say that Jerry Lewis is a wonderful man and his telethons in support of finding a cure for muscular dystrophy is a worthwhile and valid cause. To donate, go here.

That being said, you MUST watch this clip from the telethon which aired on Labor Day. It's Charo singing a cover of Rihanna's "Please Don't Stop The Music," and it's pure magic. MAGIC, I tell you! Here are my favorite parts or features of the video, in no particular order:

1. Charo's Spanglish introduction
2. the old dancers doing fiercely gay choreography
3. the backtrack vocals
4. Charo's in and out lipsynching
5. Charo's dress
6. audience high-fives

Amazing!!

Hahahaha!

This is what video games are doing to the youth of America.

Backstory: some kid's mom got sick of spending a fortune on his World of Warcraft obsession, so she cancelled his account. Little brother (I think) decided to film his reaction. I totally think it's legitimate, too.

Just get her to bed!

One of the funnier (and sadder) videos I have seen in a while, via OMGblog... Hahahaha! If I was 109 years old and someone was literally shouting in my ear, I'd be pissed too!!!

Jersey Girls

This clip is a bunch of highlights from a documentary shot in 1994 called Wildwood, N.J. It is amazing. It makes the Real Housewives of New Jersey look like angel food cake.

My favorite quote, from one of the first girls:

"It's different every night... And... Every night it's different. You can stay together forever or it's different... And... Whatever happens happens, but it's different. Every night. And you meet new people and it's summer, and I think........."

Sears Tower Skydeck--Crazy!

The Sears Tower opened a new attraction on the 103rd floor today--a Skydeck with a glass floor! Visitors can ride the elevator up, up, up and go out on the balcony to watch the streets, river, people, and other city things below... Amazing pics and the whole story here!

A video from the Chicago Tribune below...

This is bizzare.

What actually happens in this video?  I'm not sure...  It's hottie Zachary Quinto walking his dog with a man dressed as a ribeye steak, tripping, freaking out about his sunglasses, and sort of getting pissed at the paparazzi.  At least, that's my take on it.

If you're a nervous flyer...

...then please don't watch the video below.

A Lufthansa Airbus A320 airliner came *this* close to having a tragic landing in storm-force winds, but thanks to a talented pilot, the plane ended up landing safely.  Truly amazing footage...

San Fran Sunrise

I haven't been so San Francisco since I was a little kid, but this beautiful time-lapse video of a sunrise makes me want to visit even more than I already do.  Beautiful, no?

This video is doubly great because the song in the background is on the Bandera soundtrack; I hear it roughly 15 times a day.

I found this clip on one of my new favorite blogs, Just Whatever.

"If You Seek Amy" Video!!!

Here it is...  The third music video and single from Britney's new album...  It's fiercely giving you Desperate Housewives, choreography, hot boys, controversy, and sex.  I love it.

Earth in a few hundred million years...

What a cool video!

It's fascinating to think that the continents on which we live are moving, just like they have been for millions of years.  They're moving at such a slow pace that it's almost immeasurable...

Take a look at this video to see what scientists project Earth to look like a few years in the future.

As a geography nerd, this is pretty exciting stuff for me.
